TTT...
Any help for this problem?
As a classic Mini owner, I can't offer anything specific to new MINIs, but generally speaking, it sounds like a fuel delivery issue - probably not enough fuel to support wide open (or sudden opening of the throttle). It could be anything from a clogged fuel filter to a weak pump to slow response to throttle position sensor signals. I'd expect an ignition problem to be apparent at the problem rpm level no matter what the rate of acceleration might be.
(In a classic Mini, our first check would be the dashpot oil level of the SU carb, which happens to be a mechanism that provides additional fuel during sudden throttle openings. We don't do 'codes'!)

Hello all.
First time posting to any kind of forum; so that said, I have a 2012 Mini Cooper S that is misfiring in cylinders 1,2 and 3. The check engine light is on and the only code that comes up is the P0300, P0301, P0302 and P0303. I have just changed all the spark plugs and ignition coils 3 month ago. The miss is only happening on hard acceleration between 2500 and 3000 RPM give or take 1000 on each end. If I slowly build up my RPM it will not miss as far as I can tell. I should also say that the brake light is on because the rear sensor has be tripped, and I guess there is a code for that also, but that one is specific about the problem.
Any thoughts, suggestions or ideas would be awesome.
thanks.
Abe
