Looks like that one has a hinged folding windscreen. I like that idea!

At IMM Lommel 2016 There was a widened Moke for sale. I told Keith Calver if I won the lotto I would buy it for him.

Hugh the guy selling it said in his write up on FB (i think) widened 7 inches.

The thing is, classic mini looks like a miniature car, but the moke looks something else, in fact if you drive classic mini and Moke in the  highway, police will stop the moke because it doesnt look like its a streetable or a legitimate car.  Hmm just a silly thought.

It has been widened the "easy" way by adding a total of 7 inches into/onto the sides and pontoons. If you look at the angle of the front panel it is different to the stock blue one shown but the inside tub looks the same size. Looks like a UK Moke with the fixed grille, shorter windshield mounts and no dash trays.

If in doubt, flat out. Colin Mc Rae MBE 1968-2007.

I think so too. Hard to find photos at the same angle, but there does seem to be a difference.

those wheels/tires sure are ugly though

Imagine how bad the ride/handling must be with "zero sidewall" tires on it like that.

The only thing different are the big wheels, other than that,it’s still a moke, and it’s in Norway. The shipping cost and the customs duty will cost as much as the car. Nope! , not worth it.

bottomline is———> it’s still a moke,, can’t hide it

Wider? I don't think so. The nose panel appears to be the same as any other little wheel Moke. Since the sides are straight and square the rear can't be any wider either. What appears to be wider is the width of the rear fenders to accommodate those wide wheels. I think because of that, the space between the two fenders is smaller but the overall dimensions of the Moke are as original.

The owner claims the body has been widened by 7 inches in addition to having a pretty hot motor and a bunch of other performance parts I cannot recall at the moment. The sale announcement came to me via Facebook. If I can find the link again I'll post it.
