I didn't use all the rivets, and painted my cardboard black, but the same idea. Never even thought of looking for an original.

10 years ago I got a new one for my Corvair and it was damaged in my suitcase, so from then on, I make my own.

I have an aftermarket dash and was at a loss to find a suitable liner for my glove boxes. I bought a pair of the cardboard ones offered by several of the online Mini suppliers and the plastic version available on eBay. Try as I might, they just wouldn't fit. So, I purchased a couple of flexible cutting boards from a kitchen supply store, made a template and fashioned my own. Naturally the left and the right weren't interchangeable; different shaped holes and interferences. Seems like the first thing anyone who rides in Rosebud does is open the passenger glove box. Fine. Let 'em.
