OMgosh!! what??!! classic mini selling for 35K quid?? jesus xist!!! (although i really dont know what Quid means).  But seriously, with that good chunk of money i'd rather buy the mini Remastered by David Brown, worth every penny (or quid)

or i'd buy the unfinished 4x wheel drive mini project of the project Binky duo, they were not able to make it run due to bad engine to body alignment and symetry, so now they are selling it cheap. They ran out of coffee(not tea) but the project is left undone. i think they need more youtube subscribers to fund the uncooked project.

It's at £35k now.

Pete, I have a photo of you wearing that shirt at MitP in 2001.

And yes, I've just passed my 20th anniversary on here...

Is that an acronym or something? I notice you say that often.

I don't think anybody is daft enough to expect buying a driveable Mk2 Cooper S for $5000. That concern was never part of the conversation..

The auction was ended early for some reason, so it's a moot point.

Let's revisit in 9 days and see if anybody actually bids at that price, before we jump to any conclusions.

They might as well add a zero to the opening price, because it's all conjecture until money exchanges hands.
