Looks like they were most certainly evacuated, but as of this point the fire skirted around it but only just barely. I'm only able to judge by the public map, though. I have messages out to people who know the Zumsteins but haven't heard back.

Their address is the black dot near the center of the pic.

That's Fairbrook Farms which is north of 76. San Luis Rey Training Center that got hit bad is 2.5mi south of Fairbrook Farms and is South of the 76.
