Benino, I have a motor with both fans attached as shown in your photo. If you want it ? I will test it first of course but these early motors tend to be very reliable. Later ones not so. I'm in the UK but post would not be too much.

Take a look at the parts breakdown. It looks like you have this type heater, and the left side fan has a different number from what you've posted. LINK HERE

Awesome thanks. There are two fans and they are different parts (mirror images of each other).
Your link helped me find what I think is the other one.
The part you linked is:
17H8108
The one I believe to be the other one is this. Can anyone confirm?:

I need to replace my heater motor on my mini. But I'd also like to get new squirrel cages (the plastic cylindrical fan blades). Does anyone know if these are available anywhere?
this is what I have:
I see this replacement motor available here:
https://www.minimania.com/part/37H4912/Classic-Austin-Mini-Heater-Blower-Motor-1969-And-Later
Unfortunately, I can't get the existing fan blades off of my motor. I've tried quite a bit but they don't come off and they feel very brittle. I don't want to order a new motor and then not have any fan blades to install it with.
