Well the good news is that I will be living in Portland during the time of this event. The bad news is that my Mini is still in the midst of a slow restoration. But, I am looking forward to coming out to the swap meet and to check out all the awesome cars and more importantly, people! Looking forward to it. 

@fMix It is always up to the host club to determine dates and events. I would encourage you to gather your friends and host a Mini Meet West in the near future. I know many Mini enthusiasts would love to visit Washington State. Club leaders host a Mini Meet West Planning Meeting with members of the West Coast clubs at the Host Hotel in June to discuss the future locations. Be sure and check the event schedule for exact time and location.

There are a few reasons why many car clubs have always planned Mini Meet West mid-week:

• It allows those who work to take an entire work week off allowing travel to and from the event
• Less expensive hotel room rates as weekends are always more ca$h!

Don't compete with brides and grooms and other groups who must have a weekend banquet
It's almost impossible to have all the events that Mini people like to do over two days

The Oregon Mini Society has maximized the MMW 2018 attendees registration dollar with these amazing, unique and fun events

• Show and Shine in the Shade overlooking the Columbia Gorge
• Swap Meet
• Night at the Museum (Private access to the WAAAM Museum for after-hours party)
• Maryhill Loops Hillclimb
• Scenic Rallye on some amazing backroads that Minis LOVE!
• Closing banquet

i will be there, driving from Az to Oregon.. i wanna see my idol Mr.Jeremy and have a picture with him., is the venue close to Happy valley??
This year i went to Sonoma but i didn't see Mr.Paul, he said  the MM2017 venue was just behind his house but he did not even go to the event,,i was like,wth..i even saw his boat parked along arnold drive. 
anyway, i think mmw 2018 will be exciting

Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis and will not be offered after June 1st, 2018. Reservations received after June 1st will be subject to availability and current market rate. We do anticipate the hotel will be full during our stay as this is high season in the Gorge.
