Check out the OZ moke on B A T , with 4 days left

Your basic yellow 13 inch , 1275cc Moke

Oddly it is in Ontario some 70 miles from me in Campbelville, Ontario

Mokes in Canada are fairly rare and vert few offered for sale

The bid was $7500.00 and as it is on B A T assumed to be in U S Dollar

What will it bring ? , who knows, many feel the UK mokes fetch the high prices, my top sale was $29,900.00  US in a gorgeous 1430cc beast prepared by KC

The last moke sale recorded was the $51k sale of the Naples Moke formally owned by Mark Caldwellwho restored it

This OZ moke now offered is not inthis league, this is a daily driver owned by the same owner fotthe last 12 years

Steve Rushton who m any here remember as the former owner of Mr Mini in Stoney Creek, Ontario brought this moke and two others back with him from Australia in a container when he returned to Canada from a two year absence

The three mokes had been at a resort in Northern Queensland, the Cairns resort and boy were they rough, ie: Bumper Cars comes to mind, well Steve restored one and moved the other two on, l believe this one to be one of the unrestored mokes
,

Full credit goes to Peter the current owner for the work he put into it and also the great photo presentation on B A T

Billy Bob from Earl NC is doing his best to diss it but it will bring what it brings, my estimate $18k U S plus buyers premium

Brand new rubber required all around it’s good to go

A perfect Moke is a working Moke, not a garage queen.

Well, after selling for $41 K on BaT in 2018, Mark's Moke just hammered at $50 again on Bring a Trailer. 4/10/2020.

If it has a name it will come to you and it will fit. Steve (CTR)

PS Mine had a sticker from Nantucket wildlife. I contacted them for a new sticker and to donate. I think of mine as Nan.

Yet to install hub caps, but they look really superb on the shelf. Will be on relatively soon, along with the top, which may not be used much.
Now have to allign.

Very nice and a job well done. I have wondered how the hub caps looked? They came in one door and out the other and I don't think I opened the box. I'm once again hunting reverse rims for my project, someone always needs some. Steve (CTR)
