Mini Mania is pleased to announce a new series points championship for MINI racers competing in BMW CCA Club Racing, beginning with the current 2004 racing season. All MINIs are eligible for the Mini Mania Challenge Cup. Points will accumulate within the standard Club Racing framework and the Cup will be awarded to the MINI driver who has the most points at the end of the season.

This will be a cross-class competition, allowing all levels of preparation to compete against each other for the Mini Mania Challenge Cup. There are no specs applied to the Mini Mania Challenge Cup; you can “run what you brung” with basic racing safety equipment and a competition license. In fact, you can keep your MINI street legal and still have the thrill and excitement of participating in club racing. Get ready to have the time of your life!

Mini Mania will also supply a product discount certificate for 15% off Mini Mania products to be awarded by drawing to a MINI racer at each event.

“At Mini Mania, we take performance seriously,” said Mini Mania president, Don Racine. “We want to provide a means by which more and more MINI enthusiasts can take to the track with their MINI Coopers and experience the superb handling and performance that is at the core of the BMW MINI Cooper. We are pleased to work with BMW CCA in helping to bring this opportunity to club racing. We look forward to seeing more and more competition MINIs at BMW CCA events.”
