Just revived a 2010 Mayfair with a blown motor. More people come up and comment on this car than any other I’ve had in a long time. Official color is Hot Chocolate Metallic, but it looks like root beer metallic to me. We named her the A&W Special. Thanks to Ed at MM for helping me find a replacement motor with one call????

2005 yellow R53 called Minnie, before I realized people actually name their cars. 2013 red R60S is Lula, named after Lula in the Stephanie Plum series, a big girl always squeezed into a tight fitting and brightly colored outfit. Most recently 2019 orange F55S was named Miss Kitty after the red headed, feisty saloon owner on Gunsmoke. Currently still own all three :)

Seamorr, a 1959 Tourer in BRG came to us in 2014 as a barn find from northern New Hampshire. Having a 1985 rego, Seamorr had not been touched since a repaint and rebuild I believe at that time. After three months of replacing perished bits and pieces, Seamorr hit the road in grand style, shod with 13" American Racing mags and new shoes. Currently Seamorr is once again undergoing a repaint, as the lacquer has decided to fall off due to poor prep.

We've had our mini for 11years and still think she is the coolest car...there can be all kinds of vehicles in a public parking lot(grocery store etc) and my little "Honey Bun is always easy to spot EISDR

My ‘89 bright red mini special is usually named “Flaming Amy” from a local burrito place that gives out bumper stickers... It has a chopped off top, with a rear tonneau that covers the back seat... so I sometimes call it “the El Ca-mini-O”...

Both of my Minis have been neon lime green. My 1st, a 1975 Canadian 1000, was called LimeO (some folks arrive in a Limo, I show up in a LimeO) my 2nd, a 1972 New Zealand 1000 (featured on the bottom of the March page of Mini Mania's 2020 calendar) is just Limey.

My 77 Mini is called me mini as in I love me mum! Also 58 Morris Minor is PADDY, my 36 Austin 7 is GSTQ for God Save The Queen and my other 36 Austin 7 is LLTK (guess) if you are true Brit should be easy. My 39 Morris Eight is B Boop.sfx

My Mini '73 Mk 2 is called "BUGSPRAY" the name of my Daughters Graphic Design Company. The number plate is 'BUGSPRY' as there was not enough space on the plate as issued by New Zealand Transport. The car now resides in British Columbia, Canada. It is a fantastic little car and is the fourth Mini I have owned.

I became the 3rd owner of a Russet Brown Canadian market 1980 Mini 1000, buying it from my son. While he had owned it, my wife said more than once, "What the Mini needs is a little bear." And as she read A.A. Milne aloud while pacing the driveway as I checked it over, things naturally morphed and the Mini was named POOH and the later trailer HUNNY POT. No surprise then that the Leyland Australia Mini Window Van was instantly named ROO.
