ungh.  Horrible trip to Calgary; I just couldn't stay awake.  What makes things worse is that I have to turn right around and drive some equipment to Regina.  In other news, workinprogress appears to have a set of new S disc brakes sitting in boxes at his house, so I don't need to steal the brakes off of the maroon car which is also sitting at workinprogress's house.

2740 miles and the car still feels exactly as it did leaving Canton GA.

Here is a list of tools I took:

jack

wheelnut wrench

Here is a list of towing agencies and automobile clubs I belong to:

I'm thinking of making up a list of why I didn't install the 1-2-3 that is still in my suitcase.  Perhaps I should have a meeting with Marcel this week and work on polishing the humour, or what in my opinion passes for humour, related to the subject.

Everything is done here in Regina, now the car needs to do some real work.  I need to be in Calgary ASAP.  I suppose the car is due for a road trip.

Safe and sound!

Well, safe anyway. Good to know you made it unscathed.

Hey, you have no time for yuppie beverages! Get stripping the brakes off the maroon mini. Slacker. I assume all went well at the border? No cavity searches?

So here I am just enjoying my day and this guy called Mur calls and suggests a beer.  So he stops by and we go have a bite and some beer.

He's just not normal.  Must be from Canada, hey!
