Do yourself a favor and go to Rich + Yves's place in Crystal Lake. Rich + Yves do solid work, Jim not so much. www.historicracecar.com also, www.minisinil.com - local (western suburbs) Mini club - mostly classics. I'm also a member.
We meet at the Portillo's in Downers Grove on the 2nd Saturday of each month.

Can somebody please recommend a shop (not a dealer) to have some repairs done/mods installed in the Chicago area? I'd attempted to deal with D&R Autoworks in Highland Park and they totally blew me off.
