The car is unbelieveable. I would make one more plea to you to not sell it. You will never get another chance to buy a car of that quality. Plus your blood sweat and tears are in that car. I only wish mine were nearly as nice.
Peter No more cars left, Westpaminis is now just a memory, Good luck to all those hard working dealers left out there, We can tell you its not easy. We have fully enjoyed meeting all the fine folks we have in the business.

Innos are MUCH harder to re-VIN, since the VIN is stamped into the passenger side inner wing!

Already titled in another State, 68-75 should be no problem. It will need to be VIN verified just like any other car would be. Be sure you include a bill of sale. Steve Life is driving Minis. Everything else is just waiting.

Shouldn't be a problem as a 1968 it is much less grey than any car between 68 and 75. I've been obsessing over it ever since I saw it!

From what I understand if the car is pre-1975 the car is smog exempt in Cali. so I wouldn't see why there would be a problem registering it, but then again I've never tried it.

As some of you know, I have my 1968 Innocenti for sale. It is registered in Illinois. It is not a re-shell/re-VIN. There is a potential buyer in California. I am worried if he buys the car he won't be able to get it registered. What say ye, oh great Cali Mini owners??
