Probably not too easy from Europe or Japan, but if the car was in Canada running on CDN plates, a snowbird could drive it down and sort of forget to take it home. As always, titleling it would be the same challege facing any 90's Mini that you wanted on the road in the US. Probably could get by with a title as a B210 or F10, or some other off the wall Nissan.

Very popular in the UK, many come over from japan, they don't sell cheaply either. Kind of a prezzie for the trophy wife type of thing. Joss Stone has a pink one. From the way they are constructed I don't think they fare well in little parking lot and other small taps. Not much nudge space on the front or rear. My wie likes them.
Peter No more cars left, Westpaminis is now just a memory, Good luck to all those hard working dealers left out there, We can tell you its not easy. We have fully enjoyed meeting all the fine folks we have in the business.

They've got a ton of those driving around Japan right now. I'll tell you, this place has some of the coolest cars. Here's another "retro" car that Nissan produced around the same time. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nissan_Pao

Saw at least three of the Figaro's toodling about when I lived in Auckland, NZ. I liked the shape and the retro look (no idea how good the car overall is, but "cute" fits fine). As for the S-Cargo, LOADS of them in Auckland, and they seem to be very practical vehicles for any number of businesses, from catering to DJ's. I'm expecting the added headroom in the rear compartment makes them more practical in some situations that say, a new mini clubman,  T Cruiser or Ferrari Testarossa. Scott

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nissan_Figaro As of 2 hours ago, I have two of them in my warehouse and one of these: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nissan_S-Cargo A business partner is importing them and staging them through my building. One of the Fig's is mine, but I may just pass it along since I have far too many cars as it is. Hey Mur, if you are by on the weekend we can go for a spin around the block!
