Are you sure these aren't made in China? A considerable number of toys made in China have been withdrawn from sale because of toxic substances found in them

I've been looking all over the internet for one of these toys. 

Seems every website I find it on is sold out.  Is this like the hottest toy around, or am I just not looking in the right places?  Trying to find a new one for my kid for the last month.
