Got a set on my Pup. I was thinking about getting them re-finished. Black and chrome. Never put off till tomorrow what you can avoid all together.

It wasn't too long ago that Cosmics were in high demand, if I remember right. I considered a set, but didn't want to pay too much then have to turn around and stick a bunch of money into refinishing them. lately, it's the only wheel posted on the site.
What year was that particular wheel made? Was it the wheel to have then?
