That's great! I just got confirmation on a couple of other companies that have agreed to donate items to the raffle and the goodie bags. The hotel just approved TK Burgers to host our complimentary lunch at the car show!

SWAP MEET now FREE for all paid MMW entrants. A separate corral area will be designated for the buying and selling of Mini parts. The perfect opportunity to clean out the garage and put a few dollars in you pocket. This is for USED parts only please. NEW parts sales must be in the paid vendor area only. Glad you like the venue! The set up is perfect for this event! I think those that attend will love the venue and everything we have planned. I am working on a little extra surprise that we will hopefully have locked down soon! In addition..... Brembo has just confirmed that they will be donating brake components for our raffle for new and classic minis.

Had the opportunity to take a more in-depth tour of the hotel facilities and the venue is great. The reserved private parking for us out front is outstanding! I can just image 300 Minis out front with some of the special and sponsor cars parked along the entrance to the hotel. It will be quite a visual spectacle.

I'm thinking at $90 to rent one and $100 to buy. I'd rather keep it when I'm done.
If it was cheaper to rent maybe.

I believe it is on the same street as the host hotel, about a mile away. We also have secured a company to rent EZ-Up tents to the vendors if that would be easier for you.
