I have thought about making the rear speaker board out of fiberglass for ppl, didnt know if there was many ppl that would want one. The speaker board can be made in many different shapes and sold for 250.00,,,it takes alot of time to build them.Yes i know it is sorta pricey but labor and materials are a big part of it. Mart,,,yes i can build a dash,,gotta have somthing to start with for a pattern, and all is good. look at the old school chopper i built 2 years ago!I have alot of pics of stuff that hasnt gotten lost from my last pc going down. I will make almost anything i just need a request for something, maybe i should make a post with the spaeaker board idea and see what ppl think about it? http://austinmini.ositech.net/Hosting/WrenchHead/wrenchhead.htm 1996 silverbullet limited edition @ tim's aka (wrenchhead on MM board) year-to-date progress > photos > see photos here: http://s58.photobucket.com/albums/g251/pologround/test/Silverbullet%20mini/

hmm, so you can assist me in making copies of a inno mini dash! last time i tried, the fiberglass was full of bubbles and it dried glueing itself along with one of my gloves to the mold rendering everything useless...

Tim's a real artist. All you had to do was look at his Honda installation when he was at MME to realize it. Imagine if he had "real" tools. I'd better forward him the latest Harbor Freight sales information.

most of the work i do is all by hand,,with hammers,,dollies, grinders and cutoff tools,i have a drill press, band saw and stuff like that but i dont any shrinking tools, just hammer and weld till it looks good. wish i had some of the TV type tools,,maybe next year i can look into some of that stuff. check out the front chin spoiler i made from flat sheet metal,,,i also made the chrome bumper tips from vw bug parts! http://austinmini.ositech.net/Hosting/WrenchHead/wrenchhead.htm 1996 silverbullet limited edition @ tim's aka (wrenchhead on MM board) year-to-date progress > photos > see photos here: http://s58.photobucket.com/albums/g251/pologround/test/Silverbullet%20mini/

here is the mini that needed the piece made under the rear window,,sorry herman i know you drive a SUV but it was just the scheme of it. It could have been any piece of metal ,but since it was from an suv that was riding my bumper before, it just felt good to beat the crap outta that sucka!! http://austinmini.ositech.net/Hosting/WrenchHead/wrenchhead.htm 1996 silverbullet limited edition @ tim's aka (wrenchhead on MM board) year-to-date progress > photos > see photos here: http://s58.photobucket.com/albums/g251/pologround/test/Silverbullet%20mini/

I didnt really kill an SUV,,but rather just used a piece of the fender to use for hermans mini,it just happened to have the same shape and lines, the rear panel i got for the mini for pologrounds mini(herman) didnt come all the way under the rear window,,the truck fender had the same style lines so i cut it off the fender and beat and cut until it fit perfectly.I make odd shapes out of metal alot but i just thought this was worth making a post. How many times have we all had a suburban or tahoe behind us riding our bumper,,,,, http://austinmini.ositech.net/Hosting/WrenchHead/wrenchhead.htm 1996 silverbullet limited edition @ tim's aka (wrenchhead on MM board) year-to-date progress > photos > see photos here: http://s58.photobucket.com/albums/g251/pologround/test/Silverbullet%20mini/
