Fits the following models with the M12 x 1.5 wheel bolts:

2002-2006 R50 Cooper and Cooper S Hatchback
2005-2008 R52 Cooper and Cooper S Convertible

5mm, use NMW4135 - 35mm lug bolts
15mm, use NMW4145 - 45mm lug bolts
20mm, use 50mm lug bolts

As with any spacer, suspension, bodywork, brake, wheel or tire changes, assure minimum clearances are met prior to driving vehicle. Recheck wheel bolt torque at 20 miles and regularly thereafter.
