Maximum boost is achieved at lower RPM, giving more power in the mid-range of your MINI Cooper S.

Simplify the removal of your stock Mini Cooper S supercharger pulley when upgrading to a smaller pulley. This single piece puller eliminates the need to remove the belt tensioner! Simply remove the belt and slip this new pulley removal tool over the stock pulley, tighten the bolt and the stock pulley pulls right off! It doesn't get any easier.

Engine must be raised slightly to gain access to the pulley.

PULLEY UPGRADE SUPERCHARGER & CRANK KIT MINI COOPER S

Here is a great package for those looking for the 'extra' performance using the tried and true upgrades. The supercharger pulley upgrade uses a 15% smaller diameter supercharger pulley to increase the boost up to about 15 psi from a stock 10.5 psi. This results in about a 20 hp increase. The crankshaft pulley is a lightweight version that greatly reduces intertial mass and improves the throttle response.

Professional installation strongly recommended.

SUPERCHARGER PULLEY WITH STOCK DIAMETER - MINI COOPER S

If for any reason you want to switch back and forth between stock and 1.5 ratio pulley, this outer pulley easily works with the ULTRIK 3-Piece Pulley Upgrade (NME5011). Could be a good thing to have if your local dealer insists on stock boost.
