This Upgrade Kit includes the Flux PDA software, the Unichip Bluetooth module, and an additional harness for upgrading existing Unichip Uni-Q ECU units for realtime PDA functionality. PDA is NOT included. Flux PDA allows realtime monitoring of numerous performance data and allows the user to select from different pre-set performance maps for the MINI. Additionally, the Flux adds 'Valet Mode' for reduced power output, a 'smart' anti-theft system, and a diagnostic trouble code reader/reset tool.

FLUX PACKAGE & REQUIREMENTS:

The Flux Power Display package comes with an installation CD, Unichip Bluetooth module for version Q Unichip Performance Computer Module, and an instruction booklet. System Requirements: Windows XP or Vista with online connection for software installation to a Windows Bluetooth PDA running Windows Pocket PC 2003 r1 or Windows Mobile 5.0. Unichip Performance Computer Module v.Q required for Flux Power Display compatibility.

Compatibility: The Uni-Q Flux upgrade is compatible with the second generation Uni-Q Unichip system. Earlier non-Q systems are not compatible. You can identify the Uni-Q system with the letter 'Q' on the label of the Unichip computer module.

Uni-Q Re-Programming: The Uni-Q Flux requires new Flux software in the Unichip computer module to function with the new features. After you order the Flux upgrade, Mini Mania will send an email order confirmation that includes Order Number and Customer Number. Call us with this information and we will issue an Return Authorization Number for your Uni-Q module. Once we receive your Uni-Q module, we will program and ship it with the Flux Upgrade kit.
