The rear cupholder is still usable and the E-brake handle is still accessible.

Installation is simple - Here's how it installs:

1. Move both seats all the way back exposing the front of the seat rails. Remove the seat rail bolts next to the center tunnel.
2. Move both seats all the way forward exposing the rear of the seat rails. Remove the seat rail bolts next to the center tunnel.
3. Lift up the rear of the seat rail 10mm and slide the armrest bracket underneath the rail while lining up the bolt holes.
4. Re-assemble in the reverse using loctite on the bolts.

You'll need a T-40 torx driver/socket for the seat rail bolts.
