The metal bracket mounts to your grille* and is easily removable and can be installed in just minutes. Durable black powdercoated finish is ready to rock. This was designed by me and is different than the other holders on the market in that the back has female pem nuts instead of having studs sticking out which makes it easier to fit the different grills on the market and is cheaper to ship, so we pass that savings on to you.

*Please note: on the 07+ Cooper (Cooper S does not require modification) hatchbacks the stock grill requires that two holes be drilled out to allow the 2 bolts to go through from the back. Use the longer bolts for this application. For some reason MINI decided to put a solid backing on the Cooper grill behind the chrome slats.

Two sets of bolts are included in each kit to allow fitment on both early and current generation MINIs.
