BLACK WOW really works! We were skeptical given the price of this product, but our own test results support Black Wow's claims. See the photo for yourself! Even after a month and 3 storms, the Black Wow treated surface looked as if we just applied the treatment! The other surprise is how far a little drop goes - one full treatment on the MINI hardly put a dent in the bottle!
BLACK WOW is a unique one step silicone based cleaner / dressing that transforms ordinary trim, imparting a rich, dark matte finish that lasts for months between applications. Effective on all unpainted plastic trim, regardless of color. Black Wow does not contain dyes and lasts through rain and car washes.
BLACK WOW is super concentrated - one bottle provides of 40 complete exterior application on a MINI. USE SPARINGLY!
BLACK WOW is a combination cleaner / dressing / restorer. It works for any color exterior plastic.
BLACK WOW typically lasts over 1 month from application. That's 3+ years of applications per bottle! No need to reapply after each wash or rain storm.
To minimize waste, use the Microfiber Applicator Pad NMA7140.
Use Pre Wow to prepare your exterior trim, prior to Black Wow. Pre Wow is the single best way to permanently remove wax and polish stains from textured plastic trim.
For best results, clean trim before applying Black Wow, and perform the first application just before washing your car. Remember, a little goes a LONG way with BW.
Apply a sesame seed sized amount to an applicator and massage it into your trim. You will see an instant improvement in darkness and evenness in tone. Continue to spread this out. More is NOT better with Black Wow. Always work with sesame seed size amount. The final look should be matte, not glossy and wet. There is no need to let BW dry or cure. Once applied, remove the excess with a towel or proceed to wash the car and using a wash mitt or sponge to wipe down the trim. Dry with a separate towel from the one you use to dry the paint.
Avoid getting BW on painted areas. BW won't harm your paint, but because of it's durability, it is very persistent and will require extra effort to remove off the paint. Mask adjacent areas with painters tape first if you are concerned.
Notes from the inventor:
Creating a product that would restore old faded trim quickly and easily was one challenge. But it wasn't enough to just make a product that improved the look considerably. It had to make the process easier, thus the decision to include cleaners to remove old polish and wax was made. Looking at the competition, another challenge I faced was improving the durability! Manufacturers want you to keep buying product! So developing a super long lasting product isn't in their best interest. So whether it's a car wash, rain storm, or just time, most protectants on the market just don't last very long. As a professional paint polisher, I want my work to look it's best for as long as possible! Finally, Black Wow is super concentrated. You only need enough to "quench" it's thirst.
Some user comments:
"My trim looks AWESOME and keeps looking that way for MONTHS between applications... BW rocks."
"I use such tiny drops for each application that I'm convinced my one bottle will last for years..."
"I'm very hard to impress and that little orange pea sized marvel that spreads on black trim does an awfully impressive job!"
"I've just started using BW on customer cars. I wanted to try it on mine for a bit before it went on client cars. All I can say is it's worth the cost. I judge a product by asking myself if I will buy more when I am done with the first bottle. I will buy more BW."

Pros: A little goes a long way - seriously! Fewer applications, as it lasts a long time, including through rain (it does not snow here...).
Cons: I cannot think of any, really. I mean you need to take your time applying it to your car so as to not get it on your paint, but that's no biggie.
Other Thoughts: Well worth it. Buy it. Try it. Then, enjoy.
