MINI Factory replacement Left Side A-Pillar Gasket. This is the gasket that goes under the gloss black vertical trim  between the front windshield and side windows. Each side requires an A-Pillar Cover and a Gasket piece. Cover and Gasket sold separately.

Left side is the drivers side and right side is the passenger side in USA model MINIs.

The outer A pillar cover is attached with 4 expanding rivets (included) and 4 hidden screws (not included) behind the seal in the door jamb. Windshield installers don't know about the hidden screws and routinely break the tabs for the screws during the windshield replacement. Once the screw tabs are broken, only the 4 plactic rivets will hold the cover in place and guess what.... it won't stay very long!
