I sent a message to the family through the link on the obit.  Only 42 years old.
Definitely not old...

I'll be attending the Visitation tomorrow and I'll pass along everyone's condolences.

I bought one of my first Mini's from Paulo back in 98 or 99 if I remember correctly.  We've crossed paths a number of times since and I was surprised a few years ago when he moved here to Uxbridge.  A great guy.  He will be missed by many.

Tim.

Thanks for letting us know. As we get older we are starting to lose more of the originals...
Our condolences to Mike Debono and the rest of Paulo's entourage.

That sucks - Paulo was a regular poster here 20-odd years ago.  Met him at the 2000 & 2003 Magog MMEs.

Sad news, l just heard from Nuno Aquiar that his brother Paulo passed away with cancer last nite

Paulo was around 40 years old and was a great mini guy,he was proud of his Portuguese heritage and lover soccer and minis

A few years ago he was a big dealer in mini parts and was very active on this site-In fact he formed the Toronto mini club ,although a small club it was very active in Toronto,Ontario

He sold me 8-10 minis and Mokes over the years, a good dealer but real tough on his prices, must have been a Portuguese thing LOL-

Our condolences go out to his wife Marlene Lukanowski and his brother , sister and all of the Aquiar's at this time
