AWOODY, which flares are those? They look great! I currently have the plastic flares on mine and I'd love to get a look more like yours, including the chrome.

Thanks for the pics and specs on wheel/tire combo guys. That's just what i was looking for. Still undecided on the arches to buy. I'll find different wheels if needed.

Better to advise what size wheels, tires, brakes, spacers, extended lug nuts, hi-lo's etc would help in doing "stance"

Thanks. Wheels were purchased from Specialst Ccomponents in the U.K.  They use a 165/70-10 Yokohama A032R tire that is a bit stretched on the wheel. No clearance problems on my particular car - probably because it was originally set up with 13" wheels (front steel of the fenders have been trimmed slightly), and there's no inner fenders on the flip front. Car has a Honda D15 engine conversion. The previous 13" super light wheels rubbed. Everywhere. And they made the car's handling twitchy - especially under acceleration. These wheels and tires saved me almost 10 lbs per corner and transformed the handling of the car.

However - Results withthis his setup on another car might vary some.

Here's mine with fiberglass sport pack arches with 10x7" Specialist Components wheels. The front doesn't use spacers but is set a bit wide by the Minitech subframe. Rear has extended studs and 1" spacers to even it out front to rear.

eeek ! Hours is right. That might be more than i was looking for. not after the "stanced" look, just trying to get how she sits to look proper. I think i want the arches wide, and the tires/wheels filling that space. Similar to how the Sportspac cars look.

Hi guys,...... been a while ..... Wanting to do something different with the stance of my mini. Since switching to these wheels many years ago, i've never totally loved the look. Something was off. Either the wheels don't stick out enough, or the arches just don't match the wheel,.... I really like the wide stance look so that's what i'm after. Anyway, i'm ready to make a move to either different wheels, spacers, or change my arches. Lets see what you've got on yours and maybe i'll figure out the missing piece to the puzzle.

I've got the 1.75" Plastic arches
