Yeah, give me a call or msg. next time. Not much opportunity to talk Minis w/ a Mini guy. Should be fun.

Yep. I understand they've relocated to Santa Ynez, 20 miles NE, just over the hill. Still, very rare to see a Mini, VTEC or otherwise. I understand they're about a dozen in the area, but seldom seen.

Picked this... Mk1 last week of March this year in Santa Barbara.
You did such a nice job on your last resto, I'm look forward to seeing what you do with your current project. But please, stop kidnapping what precious few Minis we have in Santa Barbara. You just reduced the number of Minis in this area by 20%.

This is my new rally project. Picked this newly painted/ refreshed Mk1 last week of March this year in Santa Barbara. Exterior and interior are about less than a year old and I figured i'd go make myself another rally replica. It's not everyone's cup o tea but i love chasing old stuff and tinkering with them. But I'm very pleased with the what I have done to it in the last two months especially after the owner of the real ex Works rally car, CRX90B wrote me an email about my project. He is now helping me get photos and information about the little details to make this car complete. Seems like my old previous car never left my garage.

Thought i'd share these with you guys.
