 Radiator Leak

If you mean the brass tube on the radiator header tank that you slip the hose on... no, it should not be loose.  If there are still radiator repair shops in your area they will be able to put a bead of solder around the joint to secure the brass tube.  
Thanks Doug.  That's exactly what I was talking about.  Didn't seem right.

my radiator started leaking the other day while driving.  The hose was a little cracked so I got a new one.  When I went to replace it I noticed the spot where you connect the hose to the radiator was loose and I could wiggle and twist it.  Should it be loose?  Seems odd to me.  Thanks, Dan
