most bags will be SAE. I think your bags could be metric. You might need adaptors or replace the ends on the hard lines. Try a bolt into one of the bag hose ends and see if it's SAE or Metric.

I think Dr Mini (in AUS) Kevin has good luck re conditioning a few by drilling and tapping the main hole and inserting a fitting to attach the hose to. He may chime in but has not been here in a while.
If in doubt, flat out. Colin Mc Rae MBE 1968-2007.

As far as I know reconditioning of Hydo units consist of new hoses paint and test? There is not much else can be done as they are sealed units with no sevicable parts........so good used ones are really just as good as reconned ones as long as they don't leak!!
Mini's are like buses they come along in a bunch

Used bags are possible but just as 'risky" to fail as your original ones. the rubber lines still have a ' life'
I would go ahead and send for 'reconditioning ASAP' and be done with it for another 50 Years. The sooner they receive they can turn them around. I had a set refurbished last year and it took 3-4 weeks door to door.

If it's stopping a car from getting on the road, I have a set that I might be able to "loan" as a last resort. Try other options first though if you'd be so kind

Hi All -
Dumping some time and $ into my 1969 Innocenti and would love to keep the suspension original as opposed to swapping over to dry. I have reached out to Kip Motorsports for a hydrolastic rebuild but am a little concerned that it could take up to 2 months to complete the job. Trying to see if maybe someone on this board can help out with some tested bags that hold pressure. Please let me know if anyone has ideas.
Alex
