If those cars are still out there, I'd buy em all. So are they?

What all comes with the "shell"?  If you have pics and a list of parts then that could make a big difference in price and I might be interested for a Mini project.

Ah, but let's remember, the title and VIN are only good when used with that shell.  1965 titled airbag car just won't fly, especially in California.  Good luck with the sale.

II'd say it is worth more than $1500, but tough to say without seeing what's included. I know someone looking for one so if that's your price point He'd probably buy it. We're in San Diego and we'd come get it, so you wouldn't need to worry about arranging shipping.

So I've decided to part with the 1965 Austin MKi shell/roller I acquired in a bulk buy to help fund the cost of my '61 build (way, way more parts missing than anticipated). Was hoping the collective wisdom here could give me a reasonable (not pie in the sky) value for it before placing in the For Sale listings.

Quick synopsis:

Clean title (current Tennessee; have not yet transferred to my name) Rust in the front floor pan and battery area. Rest of the car is very solid Exterior body work competed - will need about a day (????) to prep for paint Converted to dry suspension, not that it should matter as it will probably need to be redone Non sunroof Left hand drive Includes all body panels in good shape (3 doors; one of driver side doors has more than acceptable rust in the pocket area). I do not have the door hinges Drum brakes - assume do not work Has the driver side gas tank I have the front windows and rear pop out windows along with some random trim

Any sense of value for a no nonsense transaction? Car is located in Los Angeles, Ca

(I can't post pics from my iPad, but will get them up from my PC tomorrow)
