are these people active you think? I would like to contact any of these builders as I am from Toronto looking to have someone finish my build. More specifically it is a Vtec build gone crazy.  I am pulling my hair out trying to get it done.

FB.. might be tricky now even getting BMHT shell though CBP. ( US CUSTOMS).. CBP is out of control on motor vehicle parts.. I have some that can put it together for you.  ( NOT ME) you can get don here at MM to build you the engine and ship to my friend..  but me thinks will cost you $40k plus.. I can to the NC state vin number and get you the NC title if needed with MVR 55 ( kit car app) MVR 92 H..title bond. and MVR31 NC state vin number. later bc

There must be some nice bodies around the west coast,buy what you fancy. Then call Don and figure out what you really want from your motor. Don could build both the front frame and brakes and the motor and ship it to you.

I had a very nice MPI Mini several years ago but somebody offered me a trade for another classic I just couldn’t pass on.  I’m currently in the very early stages of searching for another Mini to replace my VW Karmann Ghia convertible, which is a wonderful car, but it is not the best year-round driver for the Pacific North West.  What I’m looking for is a  LHD Mini with a Mk2 or Mk3 body, 1098 or 1275 (single or dual carbs), front discs, and in excellent or better condition.  I’ve been watching the market but haven’t found one that trips-my-trigger yet, so I thought perhaps I might have one built to my specs.  Any suggestions?

Excuse my asking but are you the real FiremarshallBill? Back in the early 2000s there was a core group on this board that had a blast posting everyday. Good luck FB he just closed up shop, pursing other business ventures was his statement. He had an ebay ad up last week selling off his remaining six or so cars as is which may be still there Eric M----- (not sure on the spelling) is his name.

Several times in the last year or so there has been a Mini builder from Canada (Toronto? Montreal?) who was selling his rebuilt Minis on eBay.  As I recall he was offering them for around $13K or $14K built to your specs including color.  Does anyone know anything about this man or his company?  I've been searching for his name, company, website, or email address with no luck. I'm looking for a potential Mini builder to build me the Mini of my dreams.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
