This is a Kingfisher Blue SportPack Cooper Sport model Mini Cooper. Kingfisher Blue is a unique and rare color which appears either teal, greenish, or blue depending on the lighting. It has factory right-hand-drive steering with only 48,000 original miles.
It has silver painted side mirrors as well a silver roof with bonnet stripes which are vinyl and in excellent shape, with the intention that you can remove them if you’d like. It has the SportPack wheel arches and 13” Diamond cut Minilite wheels. The finish on the wheels is in B+ condition. The outside condition is overall good, however the passenger side SportPack wheel arch is cracked. It has two Wipac fog lamps on the front of the car with additional holes for two more lights if preferred.
The car features a factory special edition interior of red and Kingfisher blue tartan cloth and leather seats which match the steering wheel. The interior is in excellent condition with no visible wear to the seats. The seat belts are a sporty red. It comes with 3 sets of car mats (special edition Kingfisher Blue trimmed mats, high quality solid black floor mats, and wet weather rubber mats. It also has a radio with auxiliary plug as well as USB compatibility. It has chrome lined upgraded hardware inside. It does not have A/C (very few mini’s do) but with the windows down the car has excellent ventilation.
This mini also has a spare wheel/tire included as well as a car jack.
The car shifts smoothly with no grinding or catching. It is a 4-speed manual transmission sans tachometer. Clutch and transmission both in perfect working order.
This Mini is equipped with the 1275cc (1.3L) engine (the fastest factory-fitted available) and has single-point fuel injection, allowing improved performance. It has front disc brakes with servo. 48,000 original miles on the engine. It runs perfectly! Canyons have been tackled in 105 degree heat with no issues.
It has never been driven in the winter, used as a moderate season car only.
I love this car, the unique paint color and interior get endless compliments. I have had nothing but complete joy while owning this car!
It has a current Utah title and registration, (1974, however it appears to have a significant number of parts of a 1990’s fuel injected Rover mini)
The car also has very minimal rust!
